HCG Terriyaki Fish

Ingredients
4 oz any whitefish2 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos1 Tbsp rice vinegar (be sure it is sugar free)2 cloves minced garlic1 tsp ginger
Directions
-mix aminos, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a ziploc bag or dish with lid
-place fish in marinage and coat
-seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour, turning once
-discard marinade and pay fish slightly dry with a paper towel
-grill 3-4 minutes until fish flakes or you can broil for 5-10 depending on thickness of fish

    The nutrition info is wrong. Using Tilapia and info off pkg, the counts should be 108 calories, 4 g. carbs, 1 g. fat, and 23 g. protein.
    Turned out quite good though a bit salty tasting. - 6/11/12
