Pesto Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
Pesto Ingredients1 cup of fresh spinach leaves13 Basil Leaves1 clove of garlic1 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese1 tsp of Olive Oil.50 cup of Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt2.25 cups of Whole Wheat Pasta ( I used pasta shaped like boobs lol)9 oz of cooked chicken diced or shredded (I used already cooked chicken from trader Joe's)1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut upSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Once cooked, set aside in a bowl.

In a mini food processor add pesto ingredients (not yogurt):
Basil Leaves
Spinach Leaves
garlic
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Process until well combined. Place in a small bowl and add Greek Yogurt. Mix until combined and give a taste to see if you need any salt & Pepper.

In the Pasta bowl, add your pesto sauce mix well, then add chicken and cherry tomatoes.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve some Parmesan Cheese on the side for those people whole love cheese.

Optional ingredients:

Instead of cherry tomatoes, you could use sundried tomatoes.

Add other veggies such as zucchini, onions, bell peppers ect...
