Gluten- Free Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
DRY: 1 cup sorghum flour or jowar flour1 1/2 cups tapioca starch or potato starch (not potato flour!)1/2 cup brown rice flour1/4 cup buckwheat flour or millet flour1/4 cup hazelnut flour or almond flour2 tablespoons coconut flour1 teaspoon xanthan gum1 teaspoon fine sea salt1 packet rapid rise yeast2 tablespoons light brown sugarWET:3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup hot water1/4 cup olive oil2 eggs, beaten1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or rice vinegar
Directions
combine dry ingredients (EXCEPT YEAST!!) in medium bowl set aside. add wet in bread pan, pour dry on top. make well in middle for yeast. set to dough setting and press start. when cycle is finished, scoop 1/4 C portions of dough into greases muffin pan and bake at 350* for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
