veggie wraps

Ingredients
3 whole wheat tortillas or wraps2-3 asparagus spears, chopped1/2 cup chopped russet potato1/2 cup chopped red or yellow bell pepper1/2 cup chopped broccoli1-2 tsp italian herb seasoning2 cloves garlic, minced2 tbs extra light olive oil
Directions
saute vegetables, garlic and herbs in olive oil until tender. spoon into tortillas or wraps, roll up and enjoy.
