Granola

Ingredients
3 cups oats1 cup coconut1 cup almonds1/2 cup flax seed1/2 cup canola oil1/3 cup agave1 tsp vanilla1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
put dry ingredients in a big bowl (except for cranberries)
put oil, agave and vanilla in a pot on the stove for about 2 min.
add all ingredients in the originial bowl
spread mixture onto baking sheet (may need two sheets)
cook for 5 min.
check every minute after the first five because it will quickly burn
add cranberries after it has cooled
