Bean & Chicken burgers with Bulgur

Ingredients
250 grams cooked (or canned) Red Kidney Beans, drained & mashed550 grams Extra Lean Ground Chicken1/2 small Onion, chopped finely2 large Eggs1/2 cup Bulgur Wheat1.5 tsp Ground Cumin1.5 tsp Dry Oregeno1.5 tsp Dry BasilPepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients throughly in a large mixing bowl, including pepper amount to your liking. Shape into 6 patties and place onto a baking tray. Bake on 375 for 20 min. Turn halfway through cooking time, using a full-sized spatula as burgers are soft.
Delicious with sliced tomato.
Not appropriate for BBQ as raw patties are quite soft.
