Meatloaf-Sausage Burgers

Ingredients
1.67 lbs lean ground beef.34 lb breakfast sausage2 Large Eggs1/4 Cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup whole wheat matzo meal1/2 cup salsa1 cup chopped onion (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together - and then make your burgers.

I cooked in a covered skillet on Med-High until I could see the tops changing color. Then I flipped them and turned the burner off and allowed them to set. My electric stove stays hot for several minutes allowing additional cooking time without burning.

You can simmer in gravy if desired but be sure to add the extra calories!
