Beef Parmesan Meatballs

20 oz ground beef3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs*1 tsp garlic powder3 Tbs Kraft parmesan cheese3 eggs*if using plain bread crumbs, add 3 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 Tbs parsley (fresh)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix meat, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and parmesan in a medium bowl. Form 30 meatballs (1 oz. each) and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
If making meatball subs, cut about 6 hoagie rolls in half and place 1 oz. provolone or mozerella on each. During the last 5 minutes of cooking put the rolls in with the meatballs and prepare marinara sauce. When meatballs are done, assemble and serve (note that nutrition facts for this recipe only include the meatballs)
