Protein Bar (peanut butter and cookies and cream)

Ingredients
* *PVL Whey Gourmet Cookies & Cream1, 6 serving * *Milk, dried, skimmed, Tesco light choices (uk), 100 gram(s) * *Peanut Butter, Crunchy (Sainsbury's), 5 tbsp * *Country Choice Organic Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup * Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Directions
mix all dry ingredients together, add the peanut butter and mix well. Finally, add a tsp of vanilla extract and 3/4 cup of water.

Mix until you have a sticky dough. Line an 8x8 tray with greaseproof paper and grease with the butter. Fill with the mixture and freeze or refridgerate until set.
