Knock em Dead Corned Beef Hash

Egg, fresh, 6 large Hashed Browns (hash browned potatoes), 4 cup (packaged shredded potatoes)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 cloves worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp Deli Corned beef cut 1/4 in slices, 12 ozOlive Oil, 1 tbsp salt & pepper to tastesmoked paprikanon stick spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dice the corned beef. In a large cast iron skillet, spray with non-stick spray, and add olive oil over med-high heat. Add garlic, onion, and peppers, and corned beef, saute for 2 minutes. Add shredded potatoes and worcestershire sauce and let brown, turning every few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat. Make six indentations in the hash, and break an egg into each one. Put the whole skillet in the oven for about 15 minutes, more or less depending on how you like your eggs. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve right out of the pan. Enjoy!
