Ingredients
* Chicken Wing, 12 * Canola Oil, 3 tbsp * Salt, 1.5 tsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1.5 tsp * Hot Pepper Sauce, 1/3 c. * Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1/3 c * red wine Vinegar, 1/3 c
Directions
Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. In a bowl, combine the wings, oil, garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and the cayenne. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake until just done, about 25 minutes.

In small saucepan, mix equal parts hot sauce, smart balance butter, and red wine vinegar and heat until butter is melted and sauce is hot. you can add more hot sauce if you need more heat or add more butter if it is too hot. pour sauce over wings when done and enjoy with blue cheese dressing if desired.
