1 lb Ground Turkey1/3 cup chopped onion1 garlic glove1/4 cup taco sauce1 package frozen spinach1 packet taco seasoning1/2 cup shredded cheese2 packages corn bread/muffin mix2 eggs2/3 cup milk
-Cook onions, garlic and meat just like you would if you were making tacos.
-Add the spinach and taco sauce at the end
-Mix one package of cornbread according to instruction and put in a pan.
-Sprinkle the meat on top of the cornbread
-Sprinkle on the Cheese
-Mix the other package of cornbread according to instruction and layer on top of the meat/cheese
-Bake for 30-35 min at 350 degrees
