Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 inner leaf (remove)Hard Boiled Egg, 2 cup, chopped (remove)*Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Chicken Drumstick, 4 drumstick, bone and skin removed (remove)*Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup (remove)Mix together and add your favourite dressing
