Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour3 tsp baking powder1 Tbsp sugar1/2 tsp salt1 egg1 1/4 cup milk2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle sprayed with Pam. When bubbles begin to form and pop, flip pancake and continue to cook for a couple more minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 4 inch pancakes
