I made it last night only I used the Almond creamer which was already sweetened with cane sugar. Sprinkled in some almonds for extra protein. It's very yummy and filling - had smaller scoops of it every few hours and it kept my energy going a long time. Be sure to drink water! - 5/29/16

I love this recipe (it's almost identical to the one I use) but I think the cal count is off - a Tbs of chia seeds is ~60 cal, & there are 4 tbsp in the 1/4 cup stated. The breakdown for this one shows only 6 cal for the Chia Seeds, but by my count it's roughly 240 cal in chia seeds alone... - 5/9/12
