Ingredients
2T Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 3 Pkgs Truvia Natural Sweetener1T Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened.5t Cinnamon1/2 t Maca Magic Powder 1/2 t. 1.5 grams (optional)1T Milk, 3.25%2T Sour Cream1 large Egg, fresh
Directions
Microwave coconut oil in microwave safe mug till melted (30 seconds to 1 minute.) Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl/cup. Add milk, sour cream and egg in mug with coconut oil. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.

    Other mug cake or muffin recipes I've seen call for 1 teaspoon of coconut oil - I might put in 2 and skip the sour cream when I eventually try this recipe. The flax seed meal would be included in the dry ingredients.

    Am I missing something? I don't see the amount of coconut oil to use, as it says flax seed. Is there C.O. as well? - 11/18/11
