Chickpea and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 (19 ounce) can chickpease1 large tomato, chopped1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon basil powder3 onions, thinly sliced1/4 salt
Directions
*Makes 4 servings*

Drain and rinse chickpeas and place them in a bowl with the tomatoes and onions.

Whisk remaining ingredients together

Toss with chickpea mixutre until coated

Serve or store
