Hangnon's Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
*White Rice, medium grain, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp *steak-um steak sandwich 1 cooked portion, 1 serving Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Directions
Melt butter in fry pan and add broken up pieces of steak um. When brown add 1/2 cup left over rice to steak. Stir til hot through. Make a well in center and crack egg into well. Scramble quickly until eggs is all through rice and egg is set. Add soy sauce and serve. Can top with sliced green onion.

    I used regular ground beef instead of Steak Ums, but am probably better off for it anyway. Serve with a good portion of peas, either in it or on the side and you're ready to go! :-) - 7/9/11
