Tiff's crock pot fresh green beans

Ingredients
1# fresh green beans, snapped and rinsed1# mini red potatoes (about 10)1 yellow bell pepper (seeded and chopped)1 small white onion (chopped)2 can cream of mushroom soup1 pkg. carl budding (very thinly sliced) hamsea salt/pepper to taste
Directions
1. Snap and rinse green beans, put in crock pot.
2. Take the seeds out of the bell pepper, chop, and put in crock pot.
3. Chop onion and put in crock pot.
4. Rinse off potatoes, leaving the skin on, slice into 1/8" slices, put in crock pot.
5. Dice ham and place in crock pot.
6. Pour soup over everything, add water.
7. Stir together and use salt/pepper to taste.
8. Cook on LOW 2-.3 hours. It doesn't take long for these to cook.

I usually serve this with stovetop's cornbread stuffing.
