Dried Apricots - about 1 1/2 cup to 2 cupsMedjool Dates - about 16 of them, pittedOranges - I used 3 oranges, but test the consistency after 2 oranges before adding the 3rd.Raisins - about 1 3/4 cupsApples - I used 5 apples (3 granny smith, and 2 pink ladies)
1. Core apples, and cut into about 8ths.
2. Make sure your dates are pitted.
3. Peel oranges.
4. In your food processor, chop all ingredients.
5. You will probably have to make this in batches, so make sure you combine each batch before adding in more ingredients (i.e. check after 2 oranges and 4 apples before adding the 3rd orange and 5th apple to see how you like the consistency).
6. Pop in the fridge, and cross something off your prep list for Pesach!
