Ingredients
3 ultra thin corn tortillas.75 cup light ricotta.25 cup chunky salsa.5 cup shredded potatoes1 tsp nutritional yeast
Directions
Mix Ricotta and nut. yeast together and set aside
place 1.5 tortillas on bottom of dish
Layer .5 cup ricotta, potatoes and 1/2 salsa
top with 1.5 tortillas, .25 cup ricotta and rest of salsa
Cook 15 minutes
