Chia Chocolate "Tapioca" Pudding for Raw Diet

Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds Chia seeds - 1 tbsp, 1 servingCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbspMedjool dates, 1 date, pitted and chopped *Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp 1 cup water*you can substitute agave or your favorite sweetner
Blend all of the ingredients together except for the chia seeds. Once it is blended then add the chia seeds and they will absorb the water.
Refrigerate
Once the mixture has absorbed the liquid, the texture will be tapioca like as far as the "pop" goes in your mouth.
