Cereal, Kashi Go Lean, 2-1/2 cups Quaker old fashioned oatmeal, 2 cups Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Bob's Red Mill Unprocessed Miller's Wheat Bran 1/2 cup Splenda Granulated, 1/2 cup Raisins 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans, 1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup Pure Honey, 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Grandma's Molasses, 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix. Add all wet ingredients together in a small bowl and mix. Add applesauce mixture to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Line a 9x12 pan with parchment paper. Add mixed ingredients into pan. Put your hand in a plastic sandwich bag and pack down the mixture into the pan evenly. Bake 25 minutes at 325. Cut into bars while still warm. Let cool thoroughly. Healthy, filling, and delish!
