Low Carb Broccoli Sausage & Egg Quiche

Ingredients
Browned, drained 160z Sage Sausage chub2/3 of a large Onion - cooked in saucepan (use Pam or non-stick)3 cups of cooked broccoli crowns/pieces (microwave them, stemed, blanched, whatever)3 TBSP Heavy Cream1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, divided11 egg whites10 fresh eggs1 tbsp of dry mustard with salt and pepper to taste (or whatever seasonings you like)
Directions
prehead oven to 350 degrees
mist 9x13 pan with Pam
Put a layer of broccoli in the baking dish, next layer is all the sausage, then the onion, then 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine Heavy Cream, egg whites and full eggs, dry mustard and salt/pepper.

Pour over layers and add other 1/2 of cheese to top.

Bake at 25-30 min. Some say to remove just before the center is fully cooked and it will continue cooking but I always forget!
