1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple - reserve 1/2 cup pineapple juice1/4 cup agave nectar1 1/2 cup rice bran2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup dried blueberries1 egg1/2 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup oil1 tsp cinnamon1 cup brown rice flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp soda1/2 tsp salt1 med. apple - grated (or could use carrot)
Directions
Bake at 400 until toothpick inserted is clean.
