My Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
1 hardboiled egg, large1 tsp Hellman's Light mayonnaise2 slices Nickles 35 White Light Breadsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Make a hardboiled egg and then chop up the egg in a small bowl. Add mayo and seasoning and mix well. Toast your 2 slices of bread and then spread egg salad on one slice, top with the other slice, cut in two and eat.

    Finely diced celery and scallion and peppers (green and red) for crunch and color. Sprinkle paprika on top. Good basic recipe - 3/24/21
