Excellent Acorn Squash

Ingredients
1/2 a mddium Acorn Squash, seeds and gunk removed1 tsp of butter1 tbsp of brown sugar
Directions
Take your half of an acorn squash and put it in 1in of water in a microwaveable safe cooking dish. After that microwave it skin side up in the water for 6 minutes. If it is not soft to the touch after that repeat process without the water for 4-6 minutes. After that put the butter and brown sugar in the cavity. Microwave 2-3 minutes cavity side up.
Makes 1/2 an acorn squash.
