Pumpkin Turkey Chili

1 Tbsp. canola oil1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped bell pepper (green, yellow or red)1 clove garlic, minced1 lb. ground lean ground turkey1 (15 oz.) can chili beans1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes2 cups fat free chicken broth1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree3 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder2 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. ground black pepper1 dash salt
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and saute the onion, bell pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in the turkey, and cook until evenly brown. Drain, and mix in tomatoes, chili beans, broth and pumpkin. Season with chili powder, cumin, pepper, and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 min. Serve topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream (but add those extra calories).
