* *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 1.25 cup (remove) * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 5 oz (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * *Flour, white, 0.5 cup (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 30 ounces (remove)
-Thaw chicken, then pound/roll with rolling pin until ~1/2 inch thick
-Preheat oven to 375.
-Crack egg into bowl. Put flour and Italian seasoning onto plate
-Dredge chicken pieces through egg and then coat with flour.
-Transfer chicken immediately to hot skillet and cook until breading is golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
-Pour ~1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of baking pan.
-Place chicken pieces over bottom of pan, cover with remaining spaghetti sauce, and then sprinkle with cheese.
-Place in oven for 5-15 minutes to melt cheese.
