Herb Garlic Beans and Vegetables With Grilled Chicken

2 tbsp olive oil1 small onion chopped1 small celery stalk chopped1 clove garlic chopped1 (16 oz) can of Red Kidney Beans1 (16 oz) can of Black Beans1 (15 oz) can of Pinto Beans1/2 cup chopped canned whole tomatoes1 tsp fresh thyme2 tsp white winesalt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in medium saute pan. Add onions, celery, and carrots.
Cook over medium heat until tender, adding garlic during last two minutes.
Add beans, tomatoes, thyme and wine. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook some boneless skinless chicken breast to go with it.
