Ingredients
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, poached and shredded1 6oz container of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt, Plain2 Tablespoons of Miracle Whip Light1 Tablespoon Grey Poupon dijon mustard1/3 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped (measure out 1/2 cup of whole almonds before chopping)1 stalk celery, dicedsalt/pepper to taste
Directions
Combine the yogurt, Miracle Whip, mustard in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until coated. Chill and serve.
