Spicy shrimp stirfry

Ingredients
8 oz raw shrimpsalt & pepper1 tbsp cornstarch2 tbsp olive oil1 onion, sliced2 stalks celery, sliced on the diagonal1 tsp chili flakes1 red bell pepper, sliced1.5 cups sugar snap peas2" piece of ginger, peeled and julienned2 garlic cloves, minced1 small bunch Fresh cilantro
Directions
Toss shrimp with salt, pepper and cornstarch
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in wok then sautée shrimp very quickly until just barely done, remove from wok with slotted spoon and set aside

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and add onions, celery and chili flakes sautée for 2-3 minutes
Add in ginger, bell pepper and sugar snap peas
Sprinkle garlic
Toss while cooking until veggies are just cooked and still have a bite to them
Add in cooked shrimp and fresh cilantro and toss
Serve.
