Cali BTLs with spicy mayo

Ingredients
Low sodium bacon, friedRomaine LettuceTomato, slicedAvocado, slicedWhole Wheat Bread slicesMiracle WhipSriracha sauce
Directions
1. Fry as much bacon as you would like. I usually make a whole package for left overs!
2. Slice tomatoes, avocados, and divide leaves of Romaine Lettuce in half (to fit on bread).
3. Make spicy mayo by measuring 2 TBSP of Lite Miracle Whip mixed with 1 tsp of Sriracha sauce.
4.Toast bread
5. Spread spicy mayo on slices and layer romaine lettuce, avocado, tomato, and bacon. Then top with remaining slice of bread.

Serving Size: Makes two sandwiches
