* *Soup, Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup - Pacific, 1 cup * *Large Onion Raw, 1 serving * Cabbage, fresh, 0.5 head, large (about 7" dia) * *SW Organic Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 serving * *Pork, fresh, loin, sirloin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted, 25.6 oz * *carrot, 1 raw (7-8" long), 3 serving * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) * *Spinach (raw), 4 cup * Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 2 serving Parsley, 0.5 cup (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp *Crushed red pepper flakes (per 1/4 tsp.), 2 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp *Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, 1 tbsp
Directions
chop all and add to crock pot
add spices
add apple cider vinegar a splash
add cooking wine splash
cook for 8 hours medium setting

soup has additional flavor if allowed to sit for 24 hrs. before
serving
