Chock Full of Veggies (Supercharged SBD)

Ingredients
Olive oil, onion, peppers, celery, garlic, chili powder, oregano, salt, cumin, 2 cans pinto beans, 1 can NSA diced tomatoes
Directions
In a large pot, warm olive oil. Add in celery, onions, bell pepper and garlic. Cook down until veggie start to soften, 7 minutes. Add in spices. Add beans and tomatoes with the juices. Simmer on medium low heat until sauce slightly thickens and chili becomes fragrant.
