Garbanzo Bean Fudge

Ingredients
3 Tbsp oil3 eggs3/4 cup sugar1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed1/4 cup cocoa1 tsp vanilla1 bag chocolate chips (12oz)
Directions
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave safe bowl. Heat it for 1 minute at a time stirring every minute for about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Blend all remaining ingredients in blender. Add warm melted chocolate chips (not hot)

Pour into greased 9x9 inch baking dish at 350 for 30 minutes or until fudge is set in the center.

Chill for 4 hours in the fridge. Cut into 36 servings. Delicious little sweet to get you through the day!
