potato gnocchi (GB)

Ingredients
1 cup mashed potato (left over)1 egg1 cup flour
Directions
Mix flour egg and mashed potatoes to form soft sticky dough. Roll out abour 1/2 inch thick in small diamond shapes. Separate using plenty of flour so they don't stick.
Drop into boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain and put melted butter on top to keep from sticking. Serve plain or with pasta sauce.
