Key West Chicken

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce1 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp Canola OilJuice of 2 Limes6 Garlic Cloves, chopped fine4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4 oz each)
Directions
1.) Blend the soy sauce, honey, canola oil, juice of one lime, and garlic in a shallow container. Place chicken breasts in the mixture, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2.) Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat or plug in your **George Foreman Grill.
3.) If grilling, cook 6 - 8 minutes per side.
4.) Cut one lime into 4 even wedges for garnish. Can be squeezed over cooked chicken for added lime flavor.

**The GF Grill will cook in about 5 - 7 minutes

    This is awesome I love it, soy don't like me so I did hunt up a recipe for soy substitute and used that instead, but it was great. If all there recipes in here are that good, this should be easy peasy! - 5/10/14
