Fruit Crisp

  • Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-1c Sugar-1c Flour-1tsp cinnamon-1/4tsp salt-2c Any fruit cut up (calculated using strawberries)-1 stick of unsalted butter, sliced approx tbsp size
Directions
Mix first four ingredients.
With pastry cutter, cut in butter.
(Or, just throw it into the food processor. Pulse the dry ingredients a few times, and then add the butter until crumbly).
In a lightly greased shallow casserole dish, layer the fruit and then cover with the mixture.
Bake at 375F till top is golden, approx 45-55 min.

Goes great with ice cream or whipped topping. Also, can use Splenda with great results.
