Lebanese Tossed Green Salad

Ingredients
Lettuce, red or green leaf or Romaine 3-4 green onions, chopped 4-5 radishes, sliced (1 cup) ½ Green pepper, chopped 2-3 stalks celery, sliced Medium carrot, sliced thinly-can use a peeler 1-2 cloves Garlic ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. cinnamon ½ tsp. pepper (or to taste) ¼ cup olive oil ¼ cup lemon juice (~ 3 lemons)
Directions
Wash, clean, and cut first six ingredients adjust portions as desired.
Wash cut and squeeze lemons. Remove seeds
Remove skin and root end from garlic, rinse under cold water and place in salad bowl.Add salt to garlic in salad bowl. Using teaspoon, crush garlic into a paste. (the salt will keep the garlic clove from sliding around too much)
Add lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Stir. Add vegetables. Toss together just before serving.
