Crock Pot Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)*White Rice, medium grain, .3 cup (remove)*Champagne, Extra Dry, Totts, 1 oz (remove)Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Asparagus, fresh, 7 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Parsley, .5 tbsp (remove)Brummel and Brown, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Slice carrots
Chop rest of veggies
Mince garlic and parsley (or cilantro)
Dice Chicken into small cubes
Add all ingredients to Crock Pot (except Asperagus)
Crock on low for 5 hours or so and then add Asparagus (too early and broth will become bitter)
Add B&B at the end if desired to finish and enrichen broth
