tarragon chicken

Ingredients
2 skinless chicken breast1-2 tbsp tarragon leaves1/4 cup honey3 tbsp flourchicken boullionsalt and pepper
Directions
sprinkle tarragon leaves over chicken pieces and place in pressure cooker. Add 1 cup water and cook under high pressure for 10 minutes. remove chicken to cool. Make a flour water slurry and add to hot liquid stirring well to prevent lumps. Add honey and 1/2 packet of chicken boullion to gravy. Bring to a boil. Add water to thin if gravy becomes too thick. Remove chicken meat from cooled cooked pieces and cut or shred into bite size pieces. Add chicken to gravy and simmer for 5 minutes or so. Taste for salt and additional tarragon as desired. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
