Ingredients
quinoalentilsbaked tofu (savory)dried cranberriespecansedamamefresh rosemary
Directions
Cook the quinoa in 1.5 cups of water till water is absorbed - about 20 minutes; cook the lentils in plenty of water just till tender.

Mix together all ingredients and chill. Yum!
