Rice and Ground Turkey Burritos

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey2 cups cooked brown rice2 cups (1 can) fat free refried beans2 cups Salsa2.5 Cups Reduced Fat Cheese10 Buena Vida Fat Free Flour torillas10 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream10 Tbsp Black Olives1 medium onion1 Chi chis taco seasoning packet
Directions
Chop onions and place in frying pan
Add ground beef and brown until cooked
Add taco seasoning (as directed)
Add refried beans, rice and 1 cup salsa and heat
Place 1/10th of mixture in each tortilla shell, sprinkle with cheese, wrap and place in 9x13 baking dish.
Pour remaining salsa over each burrito
Bake at 350 for 25-30 or until shells are crisp.
Serve with 1 tbsp sour cream and 1 tbsp black olives.
