Linnie's Spanish Rice

Ingredients
Ingredients:Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) , dicedZucchini, .75 cup, diced*DelMonte Garlic & Onion Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cupsbrown rice (1 cup cooked), 3 servings
Directions
Brown ground beef with garlic, salt and pepper. Add diced zucchini and onion, and saute until cooked. Add 3 cups canned sauce of your choice then mix in 3 cups brown rice.

That is what I serve to the kids...I also steam some whole green peppers, add the mixture to the peppers and top with cheddar cheese before putting in the oven for my husband and I (delicious stuffed peppers).
