6-Chicken Kabobs

1 lb chicken breast3 cloves garlic, crushed1/4 cup onion1 tsp salt1/2 cup parsley1 tsp allspice or 7 spicevegetable oil1/2 tsp pepper2 eggs, beaten1 cup breadcrumbs
Mix onion, parsley, garlic, chicken, salt, spices and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth, place in a bowl. Add 1/4 of the eggs and 1/4 of the breadcrumbs to the chicken mixture. Use about a large egg sized portion of the meat mixture and roll it into a finger shape. Dip it into the eggs than breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden, drain on paper towels.
(For less fat, try spraying a baking sheet with cooking spray, place the fingers on the tray, then spray the top of the fingers. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes)
Makes about 15 servings, one kabob each.
