Ingredients
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinses12-oz package frozen corn, thawed1/2 cup lime juice1 T olive oil2 scallions, chopped1 1/2 t cumin1/2 t garlic powdersalt and pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
