Ingredients
Wholewheat fuscilli, cooked and chilled & Drained.Can of tuna or whatever you choise as your basecherry tomsfrozen sweetcorn & peasPhilladelphia cream cheese, light or flavoued. I used garlic & herb for this oneextra light mayonnaise.** Just add other salad items as required to make up to your own tastes.
Directions
cook & run under cold water to cool quickly. Add one can of tuna flakes drained, add toms, sweetcorn & peas [still frozen if leaving to marianate for a while. Add phili & mayo and mix. just add other salad items as required like cucumber, fennel, apple, onion, etc the opportunity is open really.
