Hot Italian Turkey Wrap

Ingredients
1 Whole wheat wrap or tortilla**2 Slices of fat free turkey breast1 tablespoon of light or fat free cream cheese8-10 baby spinach leaves1-2 sun dried tomatos, julienned2 qtrs artichoke heart, cooked2 tomato slicesonion slices to taste2 spritz of low-fat italian dressingCan substitute two slice of whole wheat bread for wrap if sandwhich is preferred.
Directions
1. Lay wrap flat on clean surface
2. Place trukey slices on wrap.
3. Spread cream cheese on turkey
4. Layer the remaining vegetables over the cream cheese
5. Spritz two pumps of sprayable Italian dressing over vegetables.
6. Tightly roll wrap around ingrediants and place on electric grill (such as George Foreman grill) until sides are lightly toasted. Enjoy!

Makes one wrap.
