Mindy's Low Fat Potato Salad

6 small potatoes boiled and cut into small cubes6 med eggs boiled and diced1 cup chopped yellow onion2 tbsp margerine1/2 cup miracle whip light dressing1 tsp paprika1 tsp salt1 tsp ground black pepper
to make this easier, you can peel and cut your potatoes prior to boiling..boil until about half to 3/4 done. Boil 6 med eggs until done and dice. chop half a med yellow onion, about a cup, and add to potatoes and eggs, mix miracle whip and butter together and blend into potato mixture. Add Salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, sprinkle top of mixture with paprika and refrigerate.
